Davies Medical Center provides one of the most comprehensive rehabilitation programs in Northern California. From the day of admission, the goal of our program is to prepare each patient for life outside the hospital. Recognizing that patients have different capabilities, we offer distinct levels of care with a focus on individual therapy beginning at the earliest possible moment. We aim to restore the patient to an optimal level of physical and emotional well-being and independence following a disabling injury or illness. Our quality and cost-effective care delivery system ensures optimum patient outcomes and the efficient use of rehabilitation resources.

Continuity Of Care Only the best rehabilitation programs provide a comprehensive system of care with integrated services provided at each stage of recovery. Our multidisciplinary team approach assures a continuum of care and contributes greatly to the success of our program. Working closely together, the team meets weekly to evaluate the patient's progress and to revise treatment plans and goals. The patient and family are members of this team and are encouraged to attend monthly conferences, participate in treatment planning and join patients and staff for social activities and special events.
